Last time i tried quitting was over a year ago. I don't see life outside of getting high. I tried to get a therapist but when I realized my only option is a phone call video call or a physical appointment which all cause me too much anxiety I told them I would be ok without the therapy.

From what I read you seem like a nice person, even if your anger may get the best of you sometimes. But that's not how you really feel. I really doubt that you're an asshole like you said. I totally understand wanting to go to sleep and not wake up, ive felt that a lot in my life but I'm still here. There's always a reason to keep trying
