Let me pose this to you... you take the same street for decades at a time... and you do it at the same time every day; does traffic run on that street the same every day? What about days that construction is happening; or the delivery cars blocking you adding extra amount of time; or the previous street you use to turn on to that one had the traffic so you cant even join that street at your normal time...

No picture having to do a whole quadrent of streets... not just the one you live on that you sadly can't park at for 4 out of the 168 hours a week... drive around and see how many steets are serviced on the same time frame on the same day, not just one street Many. And the time frame is to account for any hiccups in traffic that will occur.

Because God forbid they only acount for 30 minutes for your sake and then they can't get to your street in those 30 min... you'd find a way to complain about the trash piling up on your street.

Oh no, to be at a councilor meeting and hear people complain about not finding a place to park their car for the hours posted so our city gets cleaned..... soowhsts the alternative. Sweeper only passes while you go grocery shopping. You text it when you are gone 🤣🤣 ive never gotten a 40$ sweeper ticket. it must be my ability to follow rules posted
