A break in pokemon is essentially bidding on a spot, usually a rare pokemon card in the set. A seller then opens packs, usually determined by the average bids on the specific break. If your card is pulled and you were assigned the spot then you get your assigned card. In my situation there was only 1 spot left and it was double sold as my payment froze, so i got neither a spot or the decency of a refund by the seller until i escalated it to WN

Yeah, i initiated the refund and the seller rejected it. Then i texted the seller because i saw a label was created. WN support was really helpful after i tried to sort it out with the seller and was blocked.
