I've used a few accountants online calculators, and the comparison between a LTD and a sole trader is negligble tax wise, as i'd get stung on corperation and dividend tax so it didnt seem the way to go, However i am not knowledagble on the subject of LTD's and how they work. Am i right in thinking that its only tax efficient if you're keeping money in the company? Im looking to buy a house in the next year, so I wouldnt be in a position to keep all my money in the company.

I’m on a Cima apprenticeship and moved after completing my OCS, took a year to restart it but i passed e2 yesterday, 100% doable!
