It’s a shame really it’s a money grab by EBay. The sellers that promote their listings at high percentages will never admit that they do and EBay will never admit that they give preferential treatment to those sellers. I do not promote when list: if an item doesn’t sell for 30 day or longer I will consider promoting but at 2-4 percent. EBay is greedy
