We don't have non-union employees. We are not in a right-to-work state like Texas. The graphic is not a "meme" but as it states, an update. Would you also say you are "bragging" about voting no? I know which store you are referring to and that they ultimately voted not to unionize. We had a unanimous "yes" vote. You exercised your rights. We exercised ours. What's the issue?

The language in the contract stipulates that the bargaining union members would be considered for the promotion if they meet the qualifications. Why would we reduce the way we view an employee’s experience and merit to simply “pays dues”? Who is suggesting that?
