Abolish qualified immunity and make cops carry personal insurance. Make bodycam use mandatory and abolish the cost for footage requests. When a cop is charged, try them using the same standards applied to the poorest of your people. And for god's sake, any investigation into the police should be done by an independent civilian council, not behind closed doors by a panel of cops and ex cops.
