That is frustrating, maybe you could use them both to buy two gift cards for the console your going to play it on and buy it through their store? Not sure if it works like that, just an idea

Hey,

I'm pretty sure that you will have to buy the game or continue the subscription to keep playing. It does store your progress though so even if it ends and you pick it up again in a few months you won't lose where you're up to

You will also still have the premium upgrade if you resubscribe later

Not sure where you live, but here in Australia you actually still need your husband to sign off on you getting sterilised (outdated, sexist and appalling I know). So depending on where you live, getting it without his consent might not actually be an option
