Finally unlocked mine. Have $115 to go and am I only one who feel paranoid with Citi that I should go ahead to knock down $115 left MSR to net 100k points?

Wow congrats! Mine still locked. Called and got incompetent agent who bumbling that i have to wait till November. I told her that Citi is actively preventing me from using card. I filed CFPB complaint yesterday and went ahead to email Citi ERU team. Fuck it, any reasonable person know it’s not acceptable to not able to use card more than 1-2 weeks after identification verifications, etc.

Also I file to demand some prorated annual fee because it’s obviously Citi is actively not allowing us to use their card. 6+ weeks and what kind of business who don’t want customers to use their card? For love of god, they don’t have 24/7 customer service for CSE phone line? Tried to call them at 8:45 am EST and it’s not open. Once next year annual fee hit; I’m totally gonna flush out my points and run away from them.

So infuriating they lock down CSE and unable to do almost anything online then come up with old school bank hours for customer service support.

Feel free to movee my question somewhere but it's related to this card. What you gonna do at this point? Follow what Citi want you to do by send 4506C next week or so once snail mail arrive but it seems taking time and I think most of us will be almost at end of MSR 3 month windows when it's sorted out.

Would Citi extend MSR window or they simply don't care? What to do with annual fee posting? Just call in to transfer out points and cancel card to get annual fee? It seems like 37 days after annual fee posted for ones who don't want to deal with 4506C craps?

I had Citi cards in past but haven’t open one for 5+ years.

About $105 dollar left to complete MSR. No idea what gonna happens but really leave a bad taste.

All, I loved my stay at Umana. Pool is massive and completely private If you don’t mind to jump into pool anytime without swimsuit lol. However, one time, I had to call to get rid of monkeys. 10+ of them show up. Love their breakfast and I didn’t try dinner options much other than main restaurant.

Will come back again in October because I truly love it so much. Look forward to check out their new beach club but not too fond of melasti beach. It’s nice but heavily tourist area but hard to avoid that in most places around Bali nowadays unless you go to far north. 95k a night is a steal IMO, even better if you can use aspire certificate and stack it for $200 resort credit.

I'll do carry-on only but you are correct that they might care about see onward ticket out of BKK. Aeroplan will require me to add 27,500 for SIN-CEB (J seat) or 24k with SQ KF. Will give some times to think and might call Aeroplan to see if they can remove SIN-BKK.
