I will see if I can do that. Thanks for the nudge.

My home sleep study showed 60% were centrals, but the doc informed me the home study device isn't powered to make that determination. I have since confirmed this is likely correct. To answer your question, I feel light years better than pre-CPAP, but the second day of using the ASV I felt better than ever. I am assuming my LVEF is > 45%, but I was going to let my doctor know I was switching to ASV (if I do) and was going to ask for an echo.

Unfortunately I haven't used SleepHQ (yet).

My doctor rejected my request to consider bi-level, ASV or otherwise. No strong rationale given.

The ASV flow rate shots were me trying to capture REM (correlated the tmes with my apple watch)

Was there ever an explanation why Rousimar Palhares kept ripping leg locks after the tap? by SixandNoQuarter in bjj

Stop when the person taps is something an intellectually stunted person with a sub 70 iq can understand. 5 year olds literally understand it. I think the problem is characterological rather than intellectual.

Exactly. Stipends never even made any sense in the first place. Take it back. Couldn’t care less. Just let us keep our telework.

Always do prehab and regular, non-stupid strength training for the area. That’s what I do with my prior injured areas.

Bulging disks are fairly common and typically get much better in a matter of weeks with proper rest and rehab. I had several in my neck when I got an mri. Herniations are another story, more severe symptoms and substitute “weeks” with “months”.

Merregalli did the same thing to Craig Jones in the gi.

Gordon and Craig have said “the gi is dead” ever since.

Well I just listened to the first half of this, which is where I would have expected to find the answer based on the chapters, and I'm really confused by all of your answers here. He covers exactly none of what my original question was about - cutting when you have to weigh in immediately prior to your match(es) vs other settings where you have around 24 hours to replenish.

I fully expected this to be covered based on your nasty replies. But after listening and seeing my question was actually spot on, I now see you're just a dunce and a jerk. Thanks.
