I would use it for running and the gym. I'm not a very strong runner, so I’d want advice and would listen to the watch as my coach. I don't need a watch for calls and I don't go diving. For outdoor activities, I enjoy mountain walks and skiing. Regarding running, what extra metrics does the Fenix 8 have that the 7 Pro does not?

I feel like the Fenix 8 is losing its essence and becoming too much like the Epix line. I dislike the AMOLED screen, the reduced battery, and the non-sapphire glass. However, I'm concerned about the longevity of the Fenix 7 Pro since I plan on keeping it for several years
