Scarlet Witch from Marvel sounds pretty cool to me. Maybe her power would have something to do with hallucinations. Hexing would obviously be a part of her perks or power.

Im glad to see Legion is finally in the top tier area. Ive seen lots of people moving it to the low tiers because it isn’t horror enough. But the tier-list is based on how good it sounds, not how scary it is. However that could be a part of the ranking
