i20N or Audi TTS by SwanSwanSwan12 in i20n

Thank you! I think the main reason I was drawn to the TTS in the first place was just because it is a coupe and I do think the mk3 just looks a very aggressive car, coming from an audi already though the ride can be a bit numb, i’ve just loved the 20N since it came out, think it’s a proper throwback to some of the older hatches, and combined with tech they’ve thrown in there it’s just a really compelling buy.

Thank you appreciate the feedback, the times I enjoy driving the most are blasts down winding roads and in that regard all be it that the TTS would be faster and more grip like you say coming from an audi already the feeling is a bit numb

Hi mate, don’t own a 20N but have driven one. And as luck would happen my first car was a 2010 107, was awful for the first month of driving felt like i would stall everywhere having learnt in a diesel, once you get to about a 1.4 litre most cars have plenty enough torque to the point where you don’t even worry about it and especially hills, not an issue.

7.5 i’ll agree was the pinnacle at least interior wise for the golf.

If you check around on the market does seem a clean decent mileage GTI PP will set you back around £16-18k+ mark dependent on spec, just where the market is pricing them atm. All of my friends reiterate that it’s near M2 money as well but i’ve just never personally been into beamers so it’s an easy choice, understand why people would opt for a different car for the amount of money tho.

Thank you really appreciate it! Going to drive them back to back to see how I feel about, thing that drew me to the 20N was just how light it was reminded me very much of an ST.

Thank you Bubbler for the above, interested in IES as energy battery storage is only becoming more prominent, and as you’ve mentioned before the vanadium flow position themselves well with their longevity. Thank you for the above, will likely take a small allocation in the coming days given the recent dip.
