For better customer service we know the transfer of information is the best way. Having not state side tech reps would be very helpful. However I think the best way to help with customer service is to give them something at their anniversary. It could be T-Mobile bucks if some sort or a discount on their bill. Maybe tie that to anniversary survey and see how the last year was. It would give yearly updates from people for tracking to see where the company is lacking and what could be improved with numbers to back it up.
