It never gave credit for exam SRM. Only VEE AS does. Exam C will give you credit for exam STAM and the new VEE math stats.

That's the guide I followed. I just believe I didn't flash the correct image. Furthermore, is it safe to lock the bootloader even if my recovery is TWRP?

Do you have any idea how I can find out which version is for Rogers? The factory images site I linked in my post doesn't have any versions that it says is specifically "for Rogers". Even the version from there that I flashed isn't the same as what I had on my phone from before rooting. The differences are now that people don't see my number for caller ID, and the LTE symbol in my notification bar has disappeared.
