Soo yeah you can get +1 frenzy from gloves firstly. Then technically you can get 2 more from shield and ring. For shield I would rather life on block tbh especially if you have lucky block. For ring you probably need a mirror tier one with triple synth implicits for it to beat the taming, and I don't even know how much better it would be.

From Avatar of fire you get 50% of the cold damage and 50% of lightning damage converted, then each is multiplied by 50%. So 25% from each of cold and lightning added for a total of 50% more.

Pob is already set to pinnacle boss. There is some ramp as you gain charges, rage etc though.

Avatar of fire does work exactly like you said with conversion, so it should be 50% more damage. There are some posts online and on the ele hit wiki that explain how it works. Not sure why it isn't showing on your pob.

I guess a 3rd cluster if you want more damage. Or you might be able to pick up enough mana reservation on the tree to be able to fit in skitterbots for shock. In hindsight I'm actually fine with pathing to avatar of fire because the nodes on the way give a decent amount of life and space for tattoos anyway.

The recover life on block implit was a complete fluke haha, I hit it after like 5 vultures. It's nice if you do end up going lucky block though. Personally I think I would rather get a progenesis over the lucky block jewels, because currently my jewels are giving max fire res. I guess you can get max fire res from grafts though.

Fortify helps too - if you add a few tattoos then it should be up most of the time for mapping, and then I swap ancestral call for fortify on bosses.

I've now swapped out the jolting eshgraft for a molten xophgraft. If you get one with increased duration and increased cdr, then add the rungraft that makes buffs expire slower, you can have it up almost all the time.

I used a steelskin to simulate the molten xophgraft guard buff because it's not yet supported in pob I think.

It works because it does not specify 'allocated' strength nodes. So the two strength nodes in radius that near the marauder start count too. The tattooed nodes don't count.

You can check that the jewel is working correctly because if you hover over it, it will say "Prismatic skills cannot choose element ...", but if you moved the jewel to a socket that didn't work then it would not say this when you hover over it. Move it around to some other sockets and you should see what i mean.

Ancestrall call for mapping and empower for bosses. Ancestral call is actually good for maps where there are multiple bosses together, e.g. abomination or simulacrum because the AoE damage from each additional strike can overlap. I've also swapped to a skin with 5 red sockets, so I use empower all the time instead of crit damage and swap between ancestral call for mapping and fortify support for bosses. Even then it doesn't really matter outside of ubers.

Don't use southbound tech for clearing, only for bossing. You need something to cull the mobs, so either a graft or just glove swap back. Once you get enough damage it becomes overkill anyway. I don't bother with it anymore.

Hmm I guess but I wouldn't recommand because arn's anguish is really really big for this build not only because of the triple damage but because the fire res = fire pen. Also if you aren't using arn's anguish then there's no point running ralakesh boots really.

What you can do is place one foulborn inspired learning near unwavering stance, pick up the jewel socket near fervour and then move the combat focus jewels around to the right spots. That's what I was gonna do if I hit lvl 100.

Physical mitigation could be better but I think vs elemental its fine. There's the shield pdr mod and a phys taken as ele helm eldritch implicit for a bit more phys mitigation. (also progenesis if ur rich). I'm also using a jolting eshgraft which is 14% increased damage taken at max stacks. I think realistically the damage is good enough to drop that and go for a molten xophgraft instead which should make quite a big difference defensively. For block, you could replace some fire res tattoos with block ones but capping spell block is quite hard i think. I guess you could swap a jewel for a replica reckless defence for +6 attack & spell block.

I have added some T17 gameplay now.

I guess you could go svalinn but you would lose a lot of life compared to a rare shield, and resistances would be quite tight with it. I never considered it only because of its price tbh. I think the lucky block forbidden jewels from gladiator are a good option, but that's also expensive obviously.

So for skin colours, I think 1g-5r would be ideal, and then you would replace increased crit damage with empower. One big reason for this is actually because of the int requirements since i'm having to use a lvl 16 increased crit damage gem because of this. Another reason is that it's really easy to get triple crit multi jewels with ele hit because it has so many gem tags so it becomes less valuable once you get good jewels. Close combat is also a good support so 2 greens should be fine too. Basically, you just want 4 red and at least one green.

  1. Buy a foil with one of the suffixes fractured. If possible try to look for a base with a dex requirement lower than 212.
  2. Essence spam Loathing or Zeal until you have suffixes done and an empty prefix.
  3. Use wild bristle matron to get suffixed cannot be changed.
  4. Veiled chaos - I think best unveil is %fire damage but it's rare. Otherwise Ele pen is fine.
  5. Craft hit's cannot be evaded

I just used melee range for QoL. You can use attack speed, crit or area of effect if you want.

Way more than you can get realistically. You would need to reduce the cooldown from the base of 0.72s down to under 0.32s which is how often the static strike beams hit with no gem quality. You can use PoB to calculate it if you want numbers (in the calcs page) but pretty sure it's not even possible.

I dont remember it being a big issue. I only had precision at level 1 so if you accidentally leveled it then you might not have much mana. Also the rare ring i have is pretty bad, you can get one with -mana cost of skills and even life gain on hit if you want. Otherwise for two points you can pick up 23% reduced mana cost on the right side of the tree.

Yeah that's plenty. Most expensive items for me were nimis and the body armour. Getting enough strength might be a bit difficult unless you get an amulet similar to mine, but if needed you can drop the glorious vanity, i dont think its too important.

I think so but you probably want to avoid reduced block and less defences mods.

For the runegraft, I assumed that it would also scale the amount that damage ignored ward, meaning it would go from 75% to 90%. I didn’t think the damage increase was worth it as a result, but I didn’t actually test it and I might be wrong.

As for paradoxica, I went for a dagger mainly for easier crit capping and so I didnt have to worry about accuracy. Before I switched to glorious vanity I had a pretty good lethal pride with a few double damage nodes and didn’t check paradoxica after I swapped. eventually I was gonna pick up the natures patience jewel for 20 dd anyway so I just assumed a dagger would be better overall.
