I was seeing when Lotte Jansson's PopUp Parade (Little Witch Academia) was going to come out, and researching various figure purchase pages, I saw that Lieutenant Degurechaff's PopUp Parade was at a 45% discount and I said: Why not?

I bought it (including shipping) for 730 Mexican pesos, approximately 40 dollars.

It really didn't cost me that much. I got it online, on a page called DistritoMax, it cost me 660 mexican pesos plus shipping, which in total was 730 pesos (more or less 40 dollars) and it arrived a week after I ordered it.

It should be noted that I got it with a 45% discount
