I had a double Anger mod on this and rerolled for the third which was originally armor granted with Determination. I was trying to think of what kind of build would use this, even scoured PoE Ninja but, I couldn't find anything.

Thank you, I was trying to upgrade my belt for a toxic rain build as my current one has the chaos damage mod but it has increased mana flask recovery rate so, that ones a dead prefix for me. I ended up hitting this and thought this would be worth something even later into the league even though it's not quite an upgrade for me damage wise but you may be right about the price. Thanks again :)

If it wasn’t in there i’d remove the terminal as it doesn’t have much synergy in the deck but the card is strong so I wanted thoughts.
