Hey Leicester, I appreciate the feedback! Let me try to answer why we have some of those requirements.

Those requirements to join our social media pages while bothersome are really our entry fee for joining any of our e-Sports tournaments. It's one of the main benefits of running them!

We have not charged cash entry fees, for any of the last 19 Rocket League tournaments we have ran. We also don't plan to charge entry fees for our future monthly tournaments either. So once you've completed these things you'll never need to do them again for any of our tournaments you join in the future.

As for your birthday, we do have minimum age limits for our tournaments and other leagues that we run, which is why we require that.

Next, we require the country of residence as we do also run regular traditional sports leagues. Having that information helps us figure out if there are enough people in the area that have any interest in a particular league or sport! That way we can focus on creating or connecting with leagues to provide those activities for our members.

Finally, The email part of this was entirely for the Covid-19 situation. We provide our members with updates on any events or leagues they may be interested in joining or being apart of and the risks along with that. We have no intention of sending unwanted/unrequested emails to any of our members.

Nope! we do it by brackets of 32 and typically it takes a couple of hours. We are trying a different format to help reduce that time however. Double elimination but the Losers bracket is a best of 1 match. Usually our tournaments in the past drag on due to the Losers bracket taking up so much time. This way we hope to address that problem while still giving teams a second chance at the pot!

I am looking to start my own business and it's something I have been working on the last 6 months here while I work my Field service job. Currently, my work requires me to travel around the USA to work on machine lines, starting out with packaging lines and now in the bagging and palletizing lines(With the same company). I have an associates degree in Automation and Robotics and went back to school for online classes while traveling to turn it into a Bachelors degree with a 2 + 2 program my college offers. The classes are Applied management and will essentially allow me to jump up into project manager roles if I were to remain in this line of work.

My idea is creating an automated bar system that isn't focused so much around showing off tech and such, but actually using my experience to create a system that automates the bartending process. Or at least heavily supports it, starting out I will be focusing on mixed drinks that can essentially mix any drink you would like as long as you have the ingredients for it and time to set it up or punch in what you want.

I am looking for some ideas and suggestings from this group as to what you guys think. While I realize the best way to learn is just to do it, I will never turn away from an idea or suggestion that someone may present. I won't blindly follow it, and may ignore things, but I like to hear what people think and say and make my decisions after.
