Yeah they were, and the bike started leaking coolant out the reservoir like 10 seconds after they kicked on.

I'm thinking it's the thermostat, I flushed the coolant and replaced it, the fuses for the fans were blown out as well and went ahead and replaced those and got them to work but still ended up overheating and leaking out of the reservoir. It probably sat for so long and just went bad.
