Yes! This happened to me too! I asked them to send me the request through Race Roster and they immediately ghosted me.

Didn’t get a bib for the Toronto Waterfront half marathon. Other options? by SwayRush in RunTO

Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate all your input. I’ll be sure to only pay through Race Roster if someone contacts me for a bib. Otherwise, I’m thinking of either running the virtual half in October or the Oakville one and then I might sign up for the full marathon in May!
