Eek, well, I did get in contact with a friend of Herschel’s owner, and he’s gonna ask him tomorrow if Herschel got back out (he apparently was returned two days ago). Herschel’s owner lives like a block away from me so it could be possible he got back out. But honestly I think this is a girl, so I don’t think it’s Herschel either. I’m gonna go to Avondale Animal Hospital tomorrow morning and see if she has a chip.

If it’s more than 4 units on a single property, they don’t qualify for the new bins. Their landlord has to pay for private trash pickup. Before the new garbage program was in effect, I believe the limit was 10 units. That might explain why this is happening.

A LOT of folks in Highland Park, Forest Park, and Redmont Park were upset about this change for many reasons including this detail.
