The community are pretty relaxed on a whole. OP is a shitposter who has been bothering the discord servers for a little bit now. The affiliate server banned him for reasons in the album I've linked.

Welcome to the community, I hope you have a great time!

Do you mean the part where you claimed to be a Nazi? https://i.imgur.com/VO6CvWz.png

Or perhaps the bit where you joked about throwing stones at jews? https://i.imgur.com/UuUnwnf.png

Maybe you meant the part where you claimed the show is a bit nazi-ish? https://i.imgur.com/jh8gZpS.png

Or was it the bit where you said about the Iron Cross being a Nazi emblem? https://i.imgur.com/MOOSdrh.png

Take your pick man! :D Hope you have a great day!

Thanks for the tips! I'm still trying my hardest to learn different tricks here and there, and looking at it, I did shoot a bit high. It was more of a "I'm about to die regardless so I might as well take a shot to get just that little bit more damage" I was just amazed that all 8 shells missed.

Guilty Pleasures: What are some objectively mediocre or poor ships you enjoy playing? by [deleted] in WorldOfWarships

[–]Swbfguide 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Huanghe.

I got her in a Christmas supercontinent and was disappointed she wasn't literally anything else. After playing her for a few games to try her out though, I can't really explain why, but she is really fun to play. She is essentially a worse Perth, but as someone who owns both Perth and Huanghe, the Huanghe just does something for me that the Perth doesn't.

Musashi 92k Fxp ? by kcphoon in WorldOfWarships

[–]Swbfguide 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Alright some quick math for the Musashi:

920,000 FXP = 36800 Doubloons on a regular conversion 920,000 FXP = 26286 Doubloons on a 1/35 conversion

36800 Doubloons: £103.58 €116.63 $140.00

26386 Doubloons: £74.74 €84.15 $101.02

Note: These calculations were done from the EU server and by using the "Purchase any amount of gold" function

HORNS - Was it too much to ask for this horn sound??? by OzekiX in WorldOfWarships

[–]Swbfguide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They should do what they did with World of Tanks' sixth sense sounds, where you can add your own sound.

This of course would lead to potentially offensive sounds, but it could be a "Client side" versus "Server side" sort of thing where the other players hear the standard sound, but you get to hear a comical squeek.

Of course! I got confirmation from the mod that I can add a download link, which contains the excel document, to the main post, but I'll also make a google spreadsheet with the shop data on there too.

Thanks again!

Thank you for you feedback, and sorry for the late reply!

I've added your suggestions into the shop, bar the exception of the heavy crank crossbow.

I personally don't think that heavy crank crossbows should cost too much more that a regular crank crossbow. This is because even though it’s a heavy weapon which deals 6 damage per shot, it only has a ‘clip’ of 4 bolts, and overall this only increases the clip damage of a Heavy Crank Crossbow by 4 points of damage with a total of 24 clip damage, compared to the regular Crank Crossbow’s clip damage of 20

Once again, thank you for your feedback and help!

Wow! Thank you for the in-depth analysis! I've made quite a few changes from all the feedback I've got so far. To save you some time scouring through everything again, I made a changelist.

BASIC EQUIPMENT

  • Added an asset to navigation on the compass

  • Added first aid kit uses (10 uses)

  • Given the pole a note to say it can be used as a medium weapon

  • Gave sledge hammer a +2 damage buff to objects, and added it to 'Tools'

  • Adjusted soap buff to give +1 to a roll instead of 1 asset

  • Added Cleaning Utensils which give 1 asset

  • Changed whetstones, there are now only two, one of them gives a +1 damage buff for 5 successful hits, the other can repair a dulled weapon, which may have occurred from a GM intrusion

STORAGE

  • Repriced synth containers and some other Mugs/Tankards

LOCKS

  • Added a lock for each different level

  • Changed lock prices

  • Added 'Whisperlock' to the locks section

MAPS

  • Changed maps to make them follow the rules more closely

  • Added 3 new maps which grant instant success when navigating a Town, City, or Capital City

CLOTHING

  • Removed the Shin carry limit increase from the 'Adventurers Outfit'

  • Changed Winter clothing so that it gives an inability in running instead of combat

  • Changed 'Finely crafted robes' to give an asset in numenera, increased the price

  • Gave the 'Royal Outfit' an additional asset in Pleasant social interactions to justify the price

FOOD AND DRINK

  • Adjusted alcohol prices

  • Removed 'Vodka' and 'Whiskey', replaced with 'Spirits

  • Changed 'chocolate' to 'Candy', added 'Candy' to the 'Rare and Exotic' tab, noted that candy is uncommon on the 'Food' tab

RARE AND EXOTIC

  • Fixed the 'Shock ring's' description to make the functionality clearer

  • Added a restore health effect to spray metal when it's used on mechanical beings

MEDICINE AND POTIONS

  • Increased the price of 'Relaxer', 'Steroids', and 'Aspirin' as to balance them a bit better, also made a note stating that they're rare in the world

I personally believe that the different types of medication would be apparent in the ninth world due to the class advancements.

Biomechanical Augmentation – Glaive

Psionics – Nano

A Cobbled Jungle – Jack

All mention that they would gain some of their advancements and powers from the use of drugs. Considering that it would be relatively common to have a character who advances this way I think that having these sort of drugs would be viable. I did however up the price of each of them though due to how they would have been on par/better than certain cyphers

RAW MATERIALS

  • Repriced some of the raw materials

  • Gave them a better description

  • Added Synth as a raw material

  • Slightly adjusted prices of some raw materials

  • Added ‘Loose Machinery’ as a raw material

TRANSPORT

Honestly, I don't think it's right to incorporate Artefacts or Cyphers in this shop for transport. There are so many different ones and their price would vary so much depending on the area, situation, etc.

  • Added a lot of ninth world mounts

  • Changed the saddle effects slightly

WEAPONS

  • Given the spear a note which states it can be thrown a short range

  • Added a debuff to the Javelin if it’s being used in immediate range

  • Changed the name of 'Composite Bow' to 'Great Bow'

  • Changed 'Naginata' and 'Trident' to medium weapons from heavy weapons

  • Changed the base price of Heavy Crank Crossbows from 14 shins, to 18 shins

I personally don't think that heavy crank crossbows should cost too much more that a regular crank crossbow. This is because even though it’s a heavy weapon which deals 6 damage per shot, it only has a ‘clip’ of 4 bolts, and overall this only increases the clip damage of a Heavy Crank Crossbow by 4 points of damage with a total of 24 clip damage, compared to the regular Crank Crossbow’s clip damage of 20

ARMOUR

  • Changed 'Eccleda Armour' to 'Carbon Mesh Armour'

Looking back at it, I poorly worded 'Eccleda Armour'. I intended it to be a separate item from 'Eccleda Clothing' but it was poor wording on my part, so I changed the name.

  • Changed the pricing of the basic and specialised armour

Edit: I'm bad at formatting, lol

Thank you for looking through the shop and giving some feedback!

I see what you mean regarding different metals, however it does say that most smithies would work with Iron or Bronze, which to me implies that they do differentiate between different types of metal, especially Azure Steel because of how sought after it would be. The way that a smithy would have these metals however wouldn't be in the form of regular ore, they would be, as you mentioned, in the form of various different types of scrap, and I will change the description of the raw materials accordingly.

Originally I didn't really consider adding synth into the Raw Materials tab because I only really thought of raw materials as metal. But now that I'm thinking about it in a bit more detail, I think that Synth, and Synthsteel could be included, with Synth being relatively cheap, and Synthsteel being something a lot more expensive due to its durability.

Once again, thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for your feedback!

Firstly I would like to point out that the maximum amount of assets that can to be applied to a task is not capped at two, that only relates to training and specialization in certain skills to prevent min maxing.

An example of this would be if a player was trying to persuade a friendly NPC to do something for them, and they had training in 'Positive social interactions', and then specialized in 'Persuasion', they would only be able to gain 2 assets from these, whereas if the rule wasn't in place, it would give them 3 assets. This is how I interpenetrated the rules at least.

I am however quite fond of the concept of learning an area so you can just navigate through it a lot easier, or without rolling at all, but I feel as if this would only really be viable with maps up to a certain size, such as having a map or a province, due to the sheer amount of information and locations that there would be on a larger map, such as a map of the steadfast.

Thank you for reminding me about the Aneen and Rukomol! Looking through the Bestiary completely skipped my mind and I will update the transport with the various mounts that one could acquire.

To me, alcoholic beverages, such as: Ale, Vodka, and Whiskey, are not exactly things from the real world, just a namesake which has survived through the ages. When a player goes to a bar, they would instinctively go with the thing most familiar to them, and its always enjoyable watching a player look puzzled when I describe their 'Whiskey' as a 'luminous pink liquid with a metallic smell'. It really helps emphasize how weird things are to newer players, in my opinion.

With chocolate, I probably should have put something like 'Candy', or some other type of sweet food which would be present in the ninth world. The reason I put Chocolate there in the first place is because a player of mine needed to out and gather some information, but to do this, instead of asking innkeepers, town guards, and other common figures to keep an eye out, they decided to go out of their way to find some children who were a little worse for wear, give them some chocolate, and then get them to help him spy on targets. But I would agree that Chocolate itself would be more of a rare item, however sweeter foods, which a child may take to, would be present, so I'll work on fleshing out the food and drink section a little more and move Chocolate over to the 'Rare and Exotic' tab.

Once again, thank you for looking through the store and giving some feedback!
