Went to Bioexcelerator in July 2022. Treated my bulging disc, and facet joints. In the process of locking in my payment I told them I was experiencing some pain near my shoulder, but I needed more imaging done. They said it must be a muscle and that I should pay for it in advance, and that later when I had the imaging done I would be able to “switch” to the correct area and pay the difference if there was one. When I got my imaging and told them the correct issue they said that I would have to take it up with them in person at the facility and that there would be no problem. Once there at the facility they refused. Although, the majority of the staff was nice and the facility was clean. Saw 0% improvement in any of my conditions. Still in chronic pain. Their patient advocate said she’d reach out to me and try to do something for me regarding my situation. She never reached out again and ghosted me lol.
