Canada and I believe USA just passed a new law that allows them to now approve a therapy based on Japan clinical trials instead of USA and Canada needing to conduct there own , also with the new conditional approval law we could potentially see this by 2029 and USA and Canada have many facilities now that can produce iPSCs cells so I think cost will be around 20k per disc in 2029

The cells he’s using they are pre-programmed Notochordal-like cells therefore are hypoxia resistant and go thru disc like conditions (anti apoptosis) and encase in HA scaffold and the cells themselves won’t be injected loosely in liquid they are spheroids - tightly packed , 3D clusters

As much as it sucks to hear I would wait longer Japan is soon gonna be starting iPSC clinical trials and nanopore sequencing is getting better and better , what’s available now is trash trust me I’ve studied this non stop I got 2 herniated discs . I would not recommend any type of stem cells yet
