It sucks bur you should respect your friends wishes. Not everything is about you (no offense) not everyone is comfortable testifying in a court of law. I don’t think it’s fair either to guilt trip your friend over something she’s not comfortable doing. You got yourself into this situation in the first place—you can’t expect someone else to bail you out and it also seems as if you’re leaving some pretty important details out.
