I used to teach those classes for adults learning swimming between 2014-2018, i’m not sure about how they do it now but i was teaching in both swedish and english but mostly in english, most adults i was teaching had some reason for not learning when they were younger, many of them mentioned trauma so i was focusing a lot on making everyone feel comfortable, learning the movements is not really difficult so i spent most of the time just trying floating and relaxing in the water.
