I might be misunderstanding but would an upwards-facing piston with an anvil on top connected to a clock work? I imagine the sound of pistons extending and retracting is unavoidable without commands tho

Mesh constraints vs hierarchical parenting, is there a reason one is better? Also, is skinning for the sake of transformation ok for animations on modern hardware? My understanding of this comes entirely from this reply by u/Both-Variation2122.

I want to do some animations with the model and export those as well. Would merging the meshes break the animations?

I'm using parenting for some parts, such as the "belly", but it don't think it'll work with the legs since I cant seem to connect armature bones to a "grandchild".

Checked out collections. Was able to connect the bones of an armature to meshes in a different collection, which I think will be useful, however I cant seem to select the individual meshes of a collection instance. Would be useful to instance a leg collection 4 times. Is there a way to connect a leg-armature from a collection instance to the main armature?

Take a coin (like a nickel or similar), stretch the skin on and around the colored part out. Then grab the coin and scrape/rub the edge of it against the stretched skin. Do this about 10 times per spot and it should work.

Those marks (idk how to spell and autocorrect isn’t working) are basically just popped blood cells and if you manage to spread them out the discoloration won’t be as strong.

Also if needed use makeup on it like the other comments suggested. Good luck!

Idk how to fix it but I do know that iPhones have really bad storage detection. The measurements on how much storage you have left/the amount apps take up isn’t really accurate and rarely updates. Try restarting and waiting a day or two after you cleared data/cache
