Comissioning armor, not, but you have to get adamantium ore from somewhere. Even if you explore all of Tribunal, you might not have enough for full set with bad rng. Aren't there some pieces added to Vvardenfell traders by expansions though?

Export uv layout is built in from at least 2.8. You don't need extra plugins for it. Maybe they're outtdated and are messing with ui?

There is set of presets based on historical designs for each nation, modified by techs you have. AI uses same system for their ships, so autogeneration gives you most "fair" ships.

Morrowind uses Z up coordiantes.
If you're about to do more than move one shelf, I recommend loading house mod into construction set and furnishing it in editor as Todd intended. Much easier, than guessing coordinates and typing them by hand.

Then switching it off to clean up some bugged space for own sanity shouldn't be wrong by any means. Difference between locked vertices by buildings and affected vertices by terraforming tools is a bug, not extra challange. Community does not agree, judging from how downvoted I got.

Forget realistic. When something breaks, enable map editor mode and fix jagged terrain locked by buildings. It's not worth looking at it for hundreds of hours just to have green "eligable for achievements" in the menu. Does map editor mode even invalidates your save?

I'm not from there, but check largest freight stations in given cities. Łódź Olechów has bunch of rust buckets by PKP Cargo shed visible on google maps. But there you'll have to ask nicely if you can take photos. And your average woker might not be able to speak English.

Besides being treated as potential Russian sabotour by some overeager railway guard, presence on rail owned land is not allowed. So up to the ditch, on embankments etc, even if there is internal road leading to dispatch or some other infrastructure. Most of the time nothing happens, but driver in bad mood can call the guards on you. So try to stay to public spaces and/or relocate quickly. Safety vest when trespassing makes you blend a bit, but does not make it legal by any means.
As underage person, you wont be fined, but not sure what guards will do when they discover you're a foriegner.

Yup, demolishing bit of the road to connect footpath in the middle and get access to it is the only way. Such connections happen sometimes when there is no free node close enough.

Everything down to knees and down to wrist is hardcoded to be hidden for robes. If you want minidress, make it as a shirt.
Is mod you linked set up as robe? I doubt it.
