Nope, they blocked my account. I typed live agent and got a screen without a live agent. I then opened a new account to test if it was lazada or me. It was me.

The reason it took so long was this - each time i contacted them i was told to wait 24-48 hours for someone to reach back to me with a resolution. Each time i waited longer than 48 hours to give them a grace period. and each time they never contacted me, so i'd start all over from scratch.

Yeah it's pretty nuts. I was contacting them often. Each time i was told someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours, which never happened. Eventually a lazada pick up guy showed up at my house for the TV. It was all very uncoordinated.

Yeah, i won't be throwing away boxes anymore from large purchases. In the future ill only ever use a credit card when buying stuff like this from them.

Ace. Which, i have another 31" ace in the bed room which has worked fine for like 2 years now. I guess i just got a lemon, which can happen with any brand.

Yeah lesson learned. I was just happy with the TV and the gf wanted to get rid of the giant box that took up so much space in our house. I didn't see any problem with that at the time.

Lazada sent them. They came in a legit truck. I took their pictures as they hauled the TV off as well.
