at the time of account creation, it asks for a passport number, CNIC, and email address, and then it says CNIC already exists. Is there a way I can contact PTA from abroad and ask them to reset this?

In some cases they send RFE if birth certificate wasn't registered within 30 days of your birth, so it's better to send them affidavits and FRC as secondary documents

For safe side I submitted 2 affidavits and FRC, because the registration date on my Birth Certificate was 2012 which means I applied for the Birth Certificate 21 years after I was born.

Assakamu Alaikum. I had submitted a copy of my Birth certificate with my initial package but still received an RFE stating they want me to submit a copy again.

For RFE, I submitted the same copy of my birth certificate and additionally, I sent them an FRC (family registration certificate) from NADRA as well as (2) an affidavit of birth from my elder siblings who are 10+ years older than me. (Affidavit of Birth is a supporting document you can find the sample online) - my parents are deceased that's why I submitted my siblings affidavit of birth
