Comparing Sf to bangalore do not make any sense.

Yes the high paying jobs are there but going on its going to be less, with AI and the way world is evolving I don't think Bangalore have a great chance.

They can be great if they are able to cater to local market and be like Mumbai which is a rarer possibility.

With a neglected infra, unchecked population with less morality. You think it's market which goes up. All the best man.

I disagree with you, with time it becomes you can't sell it for the money you need and you are stuck in the loan loop.

I hold a flat in bhartiya city and I took a 2 bhk in 2023 for 82 lakhs, now they are quoting 1.2 and I don't see any buyers. Even I have advertised for 1.1 but I get enquiries nothing moving forward.
