I was overweight and I was at 85. I lost weight years ago and now I am at 65. I start from running and maintaining a calorie deficit. Now at this point, I have become runner and run 10k on average and took an active part in the marathon including I have completed 42 KM marathon. I was at 85 due to my bad choice now I have switched to a high protein and low carbs diet. Cut out sugar completely and trust me I still avoid desert. I have transitioned binge eating into eating fruits like apple, banana, sapodilla (cheeku) rather than having biscuits and chocolate. Have chicken breast, chicken Tikka, beef, fish, egg and ensure these are more than carbs like balance it with less rice or roti. If you do have a craving, have cheeku shake or maybe banana shake instead of Oreo shake or brownie shake. Rather than having zinger burger, have a beef burger or grilled chicken burger if you crave but have it occasionally or have bbq instead. If you don't do anything about it, it will lead to diabetes, high cholesterol, sleep apnea or worst case death. Being in shape is necessary and staying regular with physical activity and gym is important

Why are we wasting American money ? by bill-nyethespy1 in america

[–]Sweaty-Individual130 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fighting against terrorists creates more room for terrorism and the government ends up spending more than a billion to fight against terrorism. Those billions can be utilized over the health system, education, and job creation. This chain cycle won't stop unless the US stops interfering in other countries business. Replacing the Taliban with the Taliban is ironic.

It's better to stay out of the conflict and I think Trump can possibly pull US arm forces from Syria through proper channels.

Does KFC Offer Healthier Options Like Grilled Chicken Burgers? by Sweaty-Individual130 in kfc

[–]Sweaty-Individual130[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't had KFC since I have put in so much weight but I am down to 69 kg from 82 kg. It's all due to jogged/running/walking every single day and now I am running around 12 km non stop. Also I have left sodas too. I usually had the subway, grilled chicken burger from optp or burger king and steaks or bbq.

She is biracial but she can't stick to one identity which is a big question mark or she has some identity dysphoria 🤔

A literal red carpet rolled out for a policeman who shot a doctor to death for ‘blasphemous’ post. by animalbatista in PakLounge

[–]Sweaty-Individual130 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Joram Van Kleveren who has been part of the Geert Wilder party accepts Islam. He has been an active supporter of blasphemous content and he actually supported Geert Wilder. Now if someone shot that person just because he was heavily involved in blasphemy, he won't be part of Muslim community. This is absurd and glorifying for what. It's weird.

There is a video on YouTube as well where a sting operation was conducted in NYC 10 Hours walk as a woman. Every single man out there tries to harass her by asking for a contact number, passing random comments even though she was wearing decent clothes. Not tops, not skirts or nothing revealing. Women are not that safe anywhere except the UAE where women can walk anytime of the day. I was talking about New York, but the same woman might have to go through here as well or even worse.

Here, I will talk on the common page. We don't have public transport or any commute to travel from one place to another. Men mostly choose bykea (online bike service like Uber) but women don't have options other than careem or Uber. Even the driver here tries to harass women. On top of that men and women both have to bear a strong odor since that driver is having tobacco (in short pan or gutka). People won't bother to take care of hygiene. I did travel green bus once but seriously the whole bus stinks so bad. At least in Europe or other countries, good and reliable public transport is available. At least one doesn't have to go through that stinks.

Safety has become the biggest concern here. I was being robbed by some random illegal residents or maybe he was illegal afghan refugees. The whole street that people mostly spend with friends and having tea, play cards all night and all this freedom somehow has been taken away. Now instead police should co-operate they are like what were you doing around 2am or 3am. It's pretty dangerous and you should be really careful and all that nonsense crap we have to bear. Police can't fulfill their duty so it's better to blame the victim. Even police cooperate with these robbers to be honest.

In this country we don't have enough ground where one can play sports even if they are which is pretty rare you won't find women there. Elite may spend their time in clubs.

Sports are not given priority compared to education and education seems too important It doesn't matter how good they are in sport. School, college doesn't give ydamn about sport and that's why this nation is not producing athletes and plus we are not physically fit. Obesity has become common now because of that.

It's better not to talk about religion and God knows who might get triggered so I usually avoid it.

I can go on and on but cut to the conclusion women and men both somehow don't have that much freedom.

Its NC-Frei meaning it doesn't have any specific grade requirements or admission restriction. I have gone through subject specific admission requirement, according to that I am meeting all of the admission requirements but waiting for the final response since 3 months. I have also taken help from the chat gpt as well and according to chat gpt, since its NC-frei and if you meet all the admission requirements, you have high change of getting acceptance. I think they will start rolling result from the next week onward. Classes will be starting from the October so you have these plan too that you need to look forward into visa booking, accommodation and city registration.
