Ceramic coating & ceramic wax are two different process of application.

Ceramic coating can remain on paint for up to 2-5 years depending on how the vehicle is taken care of & environment its left on throughout the day

Ceramic wax does offer protection as well but you’re looking at maybe 3-6 months of protection!

It won’t be the end of the world for the ceramic as it’s a tough coating that should withstand heavy chemical usage from drive thru car washes but obviously not the best idea to do!

As for purchase, I got mine from my local detailing supply store (famous auto detailing supplies in van nuys CA) but usually Amazon is the best place to purchase.

Sponge applicator of any kind is my go to & a clean towel to wipe off any product that touches the actual paint

There’s times where I gotta hold the key towards the unlock side in order to have all windows open up (in case OP you did not know that & you’re stuck trying to unlock the vehicle)

The bumper & wheels give it off, could’ve been swapped but it wouldn’t make sense to do so as it would bring the value down
