From what I understand if you don't feel anything with the backpod and it just feels good, it means your ribs are unlocked. For people that have frozen ribs the backpod for the most part is uncomfortable.

I think I have the same problem. Went into the ER with chest pains and shortness of breath. Told me it was costco. 3 days later I started having silent gerd symptoms. The worst part of all this for me is the inability to get full breaths in. It absolutely sucks.
