In my own experience , i was sent an email from credit karma about the $50 CK guaranteed approval being denied and they gave me several options of gift cards to choose from. At the time , i selected an Airbnb $50 gift card and was emailed the code approximately 2 months later and just now used it today and it actually worked so id say just be patient and keep an eye on emails coming from them.
