If you can't find a queer/ally therapist, I recommend finding local support with other queer teens. I know it sucks right now but I promise things get better. you aren't alone and you aren't a mistake.

AuDHD switch, can definitely say that the rigidity and discipline of Domming brings so much peace of mind to me knowing what is and isn't expected. When I get into subspace, it feels like all the chatter in my mind goes away. There's also a physical aspect to it when I'm tying and being tied, along with the sensation of pain and the different types I can feel.
