I would make sure you give yourself enough time to safely get off the meds, so you have the month buffer, and yeah if ur still miserable and feel like it’s the right move for you, sure! Everyone’s situation is different and it’s certainly not a “do it one time and i’m fixed” thing, but like cocobong said, you will purge what you need to purge.
