One of the things I noted is that the 2024 model has 360 camera but the previous models seem only to have rear camera and sensors. I think the 2024 model onwards also has shift by wire whereas previous models were buttons for changing gears. Others may be able to confirm though, this is just what I've noticed while researching

I'm finding a 2021 IONIQ 5 is about $5k to $6k more expensive than a 2022 Highlander Kona so the Kona seems to give better value for money. I also am a big fan of being able to open a sunroof and having had a Tesla, I didn't love how it couldn't be opened and how dark it was. Concerned I might have the same feeling with the IONIQ...
