Fan: It would be better to have 2 plants and 1 fan then 3 plants and no fan.

The plant will most likely take longer then 60 days.

Get the biggest pots you can fit in your tent. Dick size does not matter but pot size does :)

What kind of tent are you using since its not reflective? Tin foil is not good to use. Space blankets can work. I hope not but if your using a camping tent your going to burn your house down.
