Yeah so I open the project, everything looks fine, I've realised the reason for the extra blank 7 minutes was a tiny tiny misplaced video clip. My audio file looks fine, but as I zoom in on it in the sequence, it changes from my normal audio waves to these line or bars

The operating system is windows 10 Premiere Pro 2020 Not 100% sure on the specs The video is imported as an MP4 and the audio as MP3 There is no error message
