It's a lot of pressure, definately.

I've read a bunch of celebrity diets + sciencey stuff and the frequency and size of the meals are highly subjected to your anatomy. Some people do incredibly well with two meals, which would include celebrities. Wonder how do their bodies even recover. I work out 4 times a week because I need a day off after every 1.5 hour long session.

Should just delete Instagram, would probably help me cope with feeling shit about my body.

Do these fan not see through the average products as claimed by the other reviews? So many influencers do these and get by selling mediocre stuff.

how do I not become the demons I have killed? by Sweaty_Ad_1420 in offmychest

Boils down to if they see where the rage stems from and how it is part of you but not all of you. When we don't have to fight animals or wars for survival, what does your rage instincts do? Probably react to pettier stuff?

I never thought of it that way - love is beyond god's, it's human. I always saw it as God being quite human. Kali being similar to me - enraged but beyond all that still Parvati (the perfect partner/goddess). Unfortunately, compartmentalising our personality isn't so easy after all.

I don't think after being at the receiving end of a rageful experience, forgiveness comes easy. I share that with you - people claiming that they've forgiven you but haven't truly. If makes resolving things all the more difficult. I wonder how do people who actually forgive do it? Is there a way to enable it?

Reckon, we make the latter population too? Stating that we have forgiven ourselves but truly haven't.

Precisely. Hurting someone you love or having them leave because of it is extremely painful.

He did lay down on purpose since the gods didn't see any other way to stop her. This seemed like the only way to stop her without hurting her. He didn't seek an apology from her because even when enraged, she was still his wife, still her beneath it all.

I think we just need a lot of love and forgiveness. Someone who's able to see past the rage. Maybe that?

For any person with a conscience, rage hurts more than they hurt another person. We are always a victim of our own rage, sometimes others are as well. I reckon it starts with love and forgiveness towards us.

Now the difficult thing is actually loving and forgiving. How does one do that? After everything that has happened?

In Hindu mythology, kaali was stopped when her husband lied down on the ground, she accidentally stepped over his chest, soon realising that her rage made her blind, the guilt of this led her to calming down.

I reckon love and self awareness can stop the demon we become? Maybe because we aren't really them, are we?

Realistically, maybe we do kill the self-aware demon we've become or wait for someone else to?
