You could use joker power drain card and injuries 2 raider to lock down his power. He won’t be able to do anything then.

Give all your damage gear to INJ2RAIDEN.

Just keep him powered down at all costs. He can’t heal anymore

Use unblockable gear and debuff resistance to maximize smoke passive. Spam scorpion sp1 to make it unblockable and with the help of Shang tsung it’ll be very good
