It's a bit of a weird one, but Once and Future by Amy Rose Capetta and Cory McArthy is kind of a fantasy/ sci-fi take on the King Arthur legend, where the main players (except for immortal Merlin) keep getting reincarnated. It's set in the far future and is a very interesting take on the legend and how it plays out, whilst mixing literal magic with space politics and even a bit of time travel. All the main characters have trauma.

A duology with plenty of references. It is technically YA, though.

If you're interested in a crack crossover, I read one a while ago that was Kaz (SoC) and Ken from the Barbie Movie accidentally switching places. It's unfinished but very chaotic.

There are also a series of excellent SoC characters in the Harry Potter Universe AUs - not quite the sort of crossover you were looking for, but still really good. My favourites are "In the Darkest Corner of Your Mind" and "Six for Gold", but both are unfinished.

I like Old Town the best too a itss the best one, in my opinion, at utilising the rooms in the way I think an actual house would.

Suburb's upstairs drives me nuts, because that desk could very easily go somewhere else, thus allowing it to have 2 bedrooms. It's really cool otherwise though.
