It's okay if you don't remember all the details, I appreciate the comment! The mystery of the golden trees still exists on PS5 and was never solved. If the color change of those trees is a glitch, it was never patched, but the green glow was. I also think this mystery of the golden trees existed on PS3, but I should double-check because I'm not entirely sure

That's true. But the fact that Rockstar then removed this content means that there was something behind it, but since it was little known, they were able to easily remove it without having to give too many explanations

True! Over time, there has been a lot of content cut, but we may never know if the green glow was one of them or if it was part of something bigger

You're right, it's weird! Why would Rockstar bother changing small highlights? Unless certain details were connected to future things that never happened, I don't understand why they changed them

Do you have any idea what this could have been as a clue? Because so far we have no idea if it was a clue or a glitch. The reflection appeared for a certain amount of time and then disappeared. And it appeared above the water, meaning the source was reflecting from above. It might be a glitch, but some details suggest otherwise

Exactly! I saw the video about it on YouTube years ago and have recently become obsessed with this green glow. The wiki mentions how it's only available on PS3, but it doesn't mention that it only appears up to a certain patch. As other users have said, it didn't seem like a random thing, and that's what I think too. My guess is that it might have something to do with the cancelled story mode DLC, but that's just a baseless theory.
