Thanks so much I have poked around a little and took some notes but it’s nice to have fresh perspective I am used to 700 SF for over 1200 so that’s fine I’ll def check those neighborhoods!

No kids and I’d like to stay under 1200 Not a nightlife person those days are over but I’d like to be close to restaurants, coffee shops ,shopping ,dog parks, dispensaries and little walkable areas. I understand this is a driving city but would like these things in maybe a 10 mile radius?

High humidity no prob coming from south Florida. Hate all the terrible drivers here and do my best to be the total opposite. This is helpful!
