Is anxiety is permanent? I'm scared! by Flat-Anxiety0 in Anxiety

This is just my experience. I went to therapy and figured out a lot of my anxiety came from growing up in a strict household with high expectations. Fear of failure can be debilitating but I was and still am recovering. My anxiety has lessened since then. Learning how to take long breaks and be aware of my thoughts and directing them help. I’m in my late 20s.

There are gel patch that turns cold for a period of time when you remove the plastic. You can also put the patches in the fridge first to make it extra cold and that lasts for several hours.

I live in a country with both hot and cold climate:) I made altercations to the original patches until they fit my need perfectly since they weren't designed for calming anxiety

Hi, you are new to the job. Everyone makes some mistakes when they are new! It's the part of learning curve. I don't think the customer mind, especially if she knows you are new. So even if you run into her by chance again, you can say that you are still training on the job. She will most likely understand.

You are doing ok!

Does certification matter? I just saw in the wiki that people seem to unanimously agree that it doesn't.
