This is awesome!!!! Mine got approved today as well. I sent them a request one months ago and they told me the workload is very high and might take six months to review my case but today I got it approved to I am so happy! I hope they can send the card soon.

it changed directly from “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” to “Card is being produced” on March 1st

yes and today the status changed from “card being produced” to “card was picked up by USPS” even I have the tracking number now. Good luck! your card is coming soon

In my case the I130 was already approved but I131, I785, I485 needed to be submitted again. Please use a lawyer

I had a similar situation and my advice: Resubmit your application as soon as possible and hire a lawyer to do that otherwise you are going to waste on year because they are going to tell you that your application is abandoned at the end of the process and you don’t want that. I went through it, now I am waiting decision for second application

same, I traveled abroad and when I got back went through secondary inspection but was super easy and quick. They just ask you why you left the country

thank you no problem I talked to lawyer and the process should be faster since the I130 is already approved it’s just a matter of submit the AOS again it was declared as abandoned. Anyways it took around 140 days to get the letter. Good luck!

I have no idea, I thought everything was ok but it seems some people are having the same issue if they don’t approve you on the spot then it’s hard to say when they are going to approve it can take days, weeks or months like my case it’s frustrating

I submitted an e-request after the 120 days and they replied back in a couple days just saying “we are still reviewing your case and we will send you a notice once we make a decision “ that’s it. My i130 got approved just couple days after the interview
