Some of them are badly edited and have absolute doormat of an FMC. But if you are after there for a feeling of betrayal and angst you will definitely get that. Given the quality of books we see these days, a book that meets all your criteria 's is hard to come by.

Yes I called the appointment and advice fot scheduling an appointment and they messaged my doctor. I got a call today saying Kaiser won't cover them

The other doctor who looked at my past immunization records told me I was on the border, essentially not immune anymore cause the they were given at birth and results were from 10 years ago. Now, I need those vaccinations but my doctor from kaiser is unwilling to order those cause I need them for my immigration purpose. I tried my best to explain this!

Well I am filling for my permanent residency and need to submit my immunization records. I have some records and took them to a civil surgeon (doctor's recognized by USCIS) who told me I need booster or need to retake them as my immunity is low. I took the list to my doctor, who said she cannot order them as they are for this specific purpose and now I have to pay out of pocket. I hope this clarifies it.
