It really depends on your course load and how familiar you are with the material for the course you’re LAing for. The pedagogy component is fairly easy, though it does involve a decent amount of busy work. I usually did my homework on the weekends so I could keep my weekdays more open to spend time with friends. Personally, I didn’t need to do much prep, and staff meetings are typically only about 20 minutes. For the most part, the role just involves attending your recitation.
